Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time team member, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise in the warehouse, and ensuring shipments are prepared accurately. This role requires attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Offer input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness and positive attitude.
• Ability to collaborate and work efficiently in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Follow company policies and procedures effectively.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
