1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's warehouse operations team. This position is part-time, with an average of fewer than 30 hours per week. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. You will also play a key role in maintaining warehouse appearance standards, inventory counts, and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and report any concerns to management.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to perform within ALDI Acts competencies.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Moving merchandise, standing, bending, and walking throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
