Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a valuable member of our warehouse staff, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling store orders efficiently and maintaining the warehouse's overall functionality and appearance. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvement.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals and following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting and moving products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operating powered industrial equipment safely.
• Working in various temperatures and environments.
