Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our growing team at Aldi. As part of the warehouse operations, you will play a vital role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive top-quality goods. Our team members work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving thorough training to excel in their roles.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment, as well as unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvements.
• Interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect product quality and address any safety or sanitation concerns.
