Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our warehouse operations at Aldi. Our warehouse plays a crucial role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for various duties such as selecting and receiving stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. Additionally, you will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to facilitate effective communication and process improvements. We are seeking individuals who are 18 years or older, demonstrate conscientiousness, collaborate effectively, maintain a positive attitude, strive for success, and exhibit organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and physical requirements include lifting items up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, and operating powered industrial equipment.
