1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general warehouse cleaning and maintenance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
