1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the dynamic team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $18.00 - $24.00 per hour. The 1st shift starts at 7:00 AM, and various schedule options are available.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and collaborate with management.
• Follow safety guidelines and report any issues.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, resilience, and a drive for success.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
• Perform various physical tasks in different temperatures.
