Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The role entails various schedules and duties, including selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading items for shipment, cleaning, inventory counts, and more.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Participate in warehouse cleaning and inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and teamwork.
• Ability to adapt positively to challenges and change.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
