Job Description

We are hiring for the position of 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member at Aldi. This part-time role offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring the efficient handling and movement of products to our stores. You will be responsible for receiving and selecting incoming stock, organizing merchandise, participating in inventory counts, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness to meet safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills for inventory tasks.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk throughout the warehouse.
