1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week, offering a starting wage of up to $21.00 - $25.00 per hour. The shift starts at 7:00 AM.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and prepare for deliveries.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
