1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. You will be responsible for various warehouse duties, including stock selection, merchandise handling, inventory management, and ensuring warehouse standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership for effective communication.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment according to safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientious work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic abilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and prepare for deliveries.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment.
