Warehouse Team Member - 1st Shift

We are currently seeking Full-Time Warehouse Team Members to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for receiving incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards. This role requires the ability to work independently, collaborate effectively with peers, and contribute to achieving organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Follow ergonomic and safety procedures.

Job Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Perform various physical tasks in varying temperatures.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
