1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay). The selected candidate will be responsible for various warehouse duties, including selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
