1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the ALDI family. Our warehouse operations are crucial in ensuring products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. As a member of our team, you will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, contributing to the smooth functioning of our warehouse operations.

Position Details

• Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Act independently within assigned responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficient organization.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment safely.
• Strong communication, arithmetic, and teamwork skills.
