Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, ensuring warehouse cleanliness, and cooperating with team members to achieve warehouse goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

• Capability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment safely.
• Adaptability to varying temperatures and physical movements within the warehouse environment.
