1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week.

Shift Details

• 1st Shift starting at 7:00 AM
• Multiple schedule options available

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming stock and fulfill orders efficiently
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines
• Sort, organize, load merchandise for shipment, and unload incoming shipments
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards
• Participate in inventory counts and cooperate with peers and leadership
• Provide input for process improvements
• Inspect products for quality and safety concerns
• Work independently and assist in achieving warehouse goals
• Operate equipment safely and follow company procedures

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment
• Work in various temperature conditions
