Job Description

We are looking to hire a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. With starting wages ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders and maintaining warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety standards.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
