1st Shift Warehouse Team Member at Aldi
Position Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week
Starting Wage: Up to $21.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)
Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time
Currently hiring for: Schedule B
Schedules:
- Schedule A1: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with Monday and Tuesday off each week.
- Schedule A2: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursday off each week.
- Schedule B: Work on both Saturday and Sunday 2 out of every 3 weeks, with 2 weekdays off on working days.
- Schedule C: Work on both Saturday and Sunday every other weekend, with 2 weekdays off on working days.
- Schedule D: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday with Saturday and Sunday off each week.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise in the warehouse following handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Clean warehouse, participate in inventory counts, and communicate effectively.
- Collaborate with peers and suppliers, provide input for process improvements.
- Inspect and report on product quality, safety, and sanitation.
- Act independently within the assigned responsibilities and assist in achieving goals.
- Follow warehouse safety guidelines and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
