Job Title: 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Salary: Up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocates merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes, loads, and unloads merchandise strategically.
• Cleans the warehouse to maintain appearance standards and safety.
• Participates in inventory counts and communicates effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provides input to improve processes and assists in budget goal achievement.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.
• Collaborates with team members.
• Positive attitude and resilience in the face of challenges.
• Aims for success through proactive actions and adherence to procedures.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and operate equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures including hot and cold environments.
