Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member at Aldi to join our dynamic team. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and cooperating effectively with peers and management. This role requires attention to quality, safety, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Provide input for process improvement.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to act conscientiously, collaborate with the team, maintain a positive attitude, drive for success, and organize efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
