2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, including receiving and organizing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks and inventory counts.
• Cooperate with team members, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety, reporting issues to management.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.
• Collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
