2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a crucial member of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in receiving and organizing incoming stock, preparing orders for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with the team and management.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and organize incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipping.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are met.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Offer input for process improvements and uphold warehouse standards.
• Inspect product quality, report issues, and assist in achieving operational goals.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company procedures while operating equipment.

Job Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to work at Aldi.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, team collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Maintain physical agility to move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and walk.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
