2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are hiring a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and shipping merchandise to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance to meet safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and meet budget goals.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain a clean workspace.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move up to 45 pounds of product.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
