Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at ALDI for the 2nd shift. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment. Your responsibilities will include relocating merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness standards, and collaborating effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.

Job Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse management.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving warehouse goals.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older to apply for this role.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Perform tasks in varying temperatures and physical activities throughout the warehouse.
