As a warehouse associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving and organizing incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain safety standards and warehouse appearance.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
