2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and commitment to success.
• Efficient organizational and execution skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Move merchandise, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and safely operate powered industrial equipment.
