Aldi is looking for a dedicated, hardworking individual to join our team as a 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Reallocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve budgeted goals.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and report any concerns to management.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and warehouse environments.
