Position: 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate
Company: Aldi
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift, starting at 3:00 PM

Schedules

• Schedule A1: Wednesday to Sunday
• Schedule A2: Friday to Tuesday
• Schedule B: Rotating weekends
• Schedule C: Every other weekend
• Schedule D: Monday to Friday

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock
• Relocate merchandise
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise
• Clean and organize warehouse
• Participate in inventory counts
• Cooperate with team and suppliers
• Provide input for process improvement
• Inspect product quality and safety
• Follow safety guidelines
• Assist in achieving goals
• Perform assigned tasks accurately

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic arithmetic skills
• Detail-oriented and follows instructions
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds
• Move merchandise
• Stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk
• Work in varying temperatures
• Operate powered industrial equipment
