2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments. Our warehouse associates play a crucial role in maintaining warehouse standards and achieving operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input on process improvements and budget goals.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness and positive attitude.
• Possess excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and prepare product for delivery.
• Stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures including cold and hot environments.
