2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join the warehouse operations at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, receiving, organizing, and loading merchandise to fulfill store orders. Working in a collaborative environment, you will play a vital role in maintaining warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment preparation.
• Maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards through general cleaning duties.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate, adapt to change, and work efficiently within a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
