2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse operations team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive the best quality products. This part-time position offers flexible hours, averaging fewer than 30 hours per week.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report any quality or safety issues.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks, with excellent communication skills.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and warehouse environments.
