Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $85,000 per year

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establish and modify daily work schedules for warehouse operations.
• Coordinate job activities and tasks of direct reports.
• Oversee daily receiving and shipping of products.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines and improve operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to direct reports.
• Collaborate with peers and divisions to enhance warehouse operations.
• Provide input for operational improvements and monitor service providers.
• Supervise warehouse personnel, safety, and compliance.
• Manage expenses, inventory, and efficiency.
• Ensure a safe working environment and policy compliance.

Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Work in varying temperatures and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 45 pounds.
