2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. The position offers up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour and various schedule options to fit your availability. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to uphold warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvement.
• Collaborate with team members and warehouse leadership for effective communication.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Perform tasks involving bending, standing, reaching, and moving throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
