We are looking for a reliable 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and participate in inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve budget goals.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move product up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
