Job Description: 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

We are looking for a full-time 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. This position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $22.75 - $28.75 per hour based on shift and schedule differentials. The shift starts at 3:00 PM.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes.
• Inspect products and report quality or safety concerns.
• Independent decision-making within delegated responsibility.
• Assist warehouse management in achieving goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
