Job Title: 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Salary: $22.75 - $28.75 per hour

Shift: 2nd Shift - 3:00 PM start time

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocates merchandise in accordance with warehouse guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise for shipment.
• Performs general cleaning tasks and warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborates effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provides input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspects products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Independently makes decisions within delegated responsibilities.

Job Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.
• Collaborates with team, shows resilience, and drives for success.
• Efficiently organizes and executes tasks.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented and follows instructions.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Frequent movement and varied temperature work environments.
