2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join us as 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handlers at ALDI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in receiving stock, organizing merchandise, loading shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. Your contribution will directly impact the efficiency of our operations and the quality of service we provide to our stores.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and strategically load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect product quality, identify safety concerns, and suggest process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 45 pounds, operating industrial equipment, and working in varying temperatures.
