2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, with a competitive starting wage of $25.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and maintain product quality.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic practices.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, resilience, and efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
