We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a key member of the warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization. Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Contribute to process improvements and achieve operational goals.
• Inspect products for quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, resilience, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, and perform basic arithmetic.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered equipment, and work in variable temperatures.
