2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Our ideal candidate must be able to work independently and collaboratively, following company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Flexible to work varying temperatures and physically demanding tasks.
