2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a full-time team member, you will be responsible for efficiently stocking incoming merchandise, organizing warehouse inventory, and preparing products for shipment. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and carry items.
• Work in various temperatures and operate equipment safely.
