2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a vital role in efficiently selecting, receiving, organizing, and loading merchandise to fulfill orders for our stores.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and strategically load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate, adapt to change, and deliver excellent performance.
• Demonstrate positive attitude, resilience, and organizational efficiency.
• Strong communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Continuous movement throughout the warehouse in varying temperatures.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
