2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the team at ALDI. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The 2nd Shift starts at 3:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and assist in inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding conditions.
