2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and organizing incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership. If you are detail-oriented, able to work both independently and in a team environment, and possess excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in taking inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and report issues.

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and prepare for deliveries.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
