2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As part of the warehouse crew, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Organize and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect product quality and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and handle up to 45 pounds of products.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
