Job Description

We are hiring a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the dynamic team at ALDI. As a full-time team member, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientious, collaborative, positive attitude, drives for success, and efficient organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, strong communication skills, and basic arithmetic proficiency.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
