Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling and organizing merchandise, ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety, and collaborating effectively with the warehouse team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Independently perform assigned tasks within company guidelines.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.

Job Qualifications

• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Physically able to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
