2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The 2nd Shift begins at 3:00 PM. Schedules Offered: A1, A2, B, C, D.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment according to safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and carry.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
