2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dedicated team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores for our customers' satisfaction. Our warehouse employees work less than 30 hours per week in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvement and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and perform physical tasks throughout the warehouse.
