Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic Aldi team. Our warehouse operations are crucial in ensuring the timely delivery of products to our stores. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Position Type

• Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $25.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
